How to Use Manduka Yoga Grip Gel?

• Shake well before use.
• To open the lid, you must pull it upwards; not twist it open.
• It is recommended to start by squeezing a small drop into the palm of your hand, 1 centimeter in diameter. You can also apply it to your fingers and palms, and if you wish, to your feet.
• Rub your hands and let them dry.
• It is normal for a white, powdery layer to appear in the area where you applied the product.
• You can simply wipe this layer off with a towel; its grip property will not be lost.
• It will not damage clothing or yoga equipment.
• It is easily cleaned with soap and water.
• Remember to close the lid carefully for airtightness.
• You can start practicing when your hands and feet are dry. You can reapply if necessary.
• You should wash your hands and feet thoroughly with soapy water or hand sanitizer to remove the product from your skin.
