- Due to its natural rubber material structure, it provides non-slip properties from the first day. However, since Manduka eKO 5mm yoga mats are produced with a closed cell system, it is recommended to use them with Manduka eQua yoga mat towel in yoga classes where there is intense sweating, such as Hot Yoga.
- Made from biodegradable, natural rubber trees grown outside the Amazon rainforest, this yoga mat uses non-toxic foaming agents and AZO-free finishes.
- Due to its biodegradable properties, the eKO series yoga mat is not recommended for vigorous daily yoga practices. The friction force caused by intensive practice can cause rapid wear on the mat surface.
- Manduka eKO series mats, made of natural rubber material, require regular maintenance and cleaning in order to use them in hot environments.
