SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Products in our stock and ordered on weekdays are prepared within 24 hours and made ready for shipping.
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed and delivered to the cargo on the next business day.
• We can deliver the orders you place on Friday to cargo on Monday at the latest.

SHIPPING TERMS AND FEES

• You will not pay shipping fees for all your domestic purchases of 1000TL or more from Stilefit.com. If your order is below 999TL, a shipping fee of 34.95TL will be added to the order amount.
• We work with HepsiJet Cargo for shipments within Türkiye and order packages are delivered within 1-3 business days depending on the address.
• Cargo fee for TRNC shipments is a fixed 500TL and is sent via PTT Cargo.
• For international shipments, the companies we work with vary depending on the country and region. You can learn the shipping fees and general conditions for international shipments by sending an e-mail to support@stilefit.com .

WHERE IS MY CARGO?

• Your orders are sent expressly via contracted cargo companies. Delivery times of shipments vary depending on the address information. While domestic shipments are delivered to the address within a maximum of 3 business days, this period may be extended for international shipments.
• You can easily track the status of your shipment with the cargo tracking number sent to your e-mail address.
