Return and Exchange Conditions

15 DAYS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Important Note: As the Stilefit team, we are obliged to provide you with good and fast service; However, we believe that you are also obliged to shop consciously. We kindly ask you to carefully read the return conditions detailed below and if these conditions are suitable for you, shop from Stilefit.com. It is our customers' responsibility as consumers to know the return conditions . We would like to emphasize that returns that are expired and do not meet the conditions will not be accepted.

    • You can return or request an exchange for all products you purchased (except for products marked "non-refundable") within 15 days following delivery. You must return the product/s you want to return or exchange in the same condition you received them, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, and with its original brand labels, packaging and all accessories, if any.
    • Products that are used or damaged due to use are not accepted and are sent back.
    • We kindly ask you to send the products you want to return/exchange with brand labels and brand packaging showing the originality of that product. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted as the product cannot be offered for resale.
    • You can send your returns with ARAS KARGO or MNG KARGO at agreed prices. We offer Free Shipping for orders over 1000TL. If a return/exchange is sent by a cargo company other than the Barcode created specifically for you by ARAS KARGO or MNG KARGO, the shipping fee is not covered by us. We kindly remind you not to send anything without receiving the return barcode.
    • In accordance with the VAT general notification published in the Official Gazette, no refunds or exchanges can be made without an invoice.

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

    • You can easily request a refund from the My Orders section. If you shopped without a membership, you need to contact our Customer Services.
    • We kindly remind you to prepare the product(s) you want to return in an unused and undamaged original packaging. In order to be able to track it easily, carry out the return process smoothly and get back to you quickly, you must send your package with a copy of the invoice.
    • If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued in the name of an institution, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
    • Since the Yoga Mat is within the scope of a hygienic product, it is subject to pre-approval. Originality control can be done for shoes. Product photos will be requested via Whatsapp or email before returning. If the return conditions are not met for yoga mats and/or shoes sent without prior approval, they may be sent back, with shipping costs paid by our customers. For Liforme Yoga Mats, returns of products with the security tape removed are not accepted .

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE?

    • It's easy to make changes at Stilefit.com! If the size does not fit after you receive your order or if you are thinking of another product, you can send us your exchange request within the following 15 days. Our only condition is that you send us the product(s) subject to replacement, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, with its original brand labels and all accessories, if any.
    • In order to initiate the exchange process, we kindly ask you to provide information about the size or product to be exchanged by sending an e-mail to Destek@stilefit.com or by contacting our WhatsApp line at +90.553 8310030.
    • After informing Stilefit Customer Services about your exchange request, you can send the product/products, unused and with the original brand packaging undamaged, along with a double copy of the invoice, free of charge, using the barcode sent to you via Aras Kargo or MNG Kargo.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS?

    • Returns of used, damaged, washed or modified products are not accepted for clothing purchases. All returns must be sent with the original brands' labels, packaging and accessories, if any.
    • For shoe returns, the return of products whose original box/packaging of the brand is damaged, products with a shipping label attached to the box or taped with duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back in the same condition they were received, with a deposit paid.
    • For hygienic reasons, products such as socks cannot be returned/exchanged.
    • In order for return requests for yoga mats and yoga accessories to be evaluated positively, the products must be unused and not damaged after delivery. All returns must be sent with the original brands' labels and packaging. Wrinkled/broken due to incorrect use and storage conditions, exposed to excessive use of water or different liquids, improperly cleaned (with heavy chemicals or in the washing machine), used in areas other than yoga and similar fitness activities, color differences and fading due to use, Returns of yoga mats that are punctured or torn due to external factors are not accepted.
    • Stilefit.com does not accept the return of any product purchased from a different store or retailer and reserves the right to not accept a return request that does not comply with the above conditions. If your return request is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
    • We do our best to ensure that the colors in the product images reflect the product exactly. However, every computer, tablet or phone screen has different resolutions and color composition. Therefore, there may be tonal differences between the product images displayed on Stilefit.com and the product itself.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

  • After checking that the product/s delivered by cargo comply with the return conditions, you will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your return request. Product prices for approved returns will be refunded within 2 business days according to your original payment method. If you made your payment in installments, your refund will be made at the same rate as your installment amount. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay, we kindly ask you to contact your bank and get detailed information.
  • If the payment method is 'Money Transfer/EFT', the refund will be paid back to the IBAN account you notified.
  • If the return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to the address at your expense.
