- Usage and Cleaning: It is recommended to wipe all Eko® series mats with Manduka Natural Rubber cleaning solution. Manduka yoga mat cleaning solution is a vinegar-based cleaning mixture. It consists of a 50/50 mixture of water and organic apple cider vinegar. Never wash the yoga mat in the washing machine, as this will damage the product material. Don't soak it in water and let it get drenched. Never use soap or similar chemicals to clean. This will negatively affect the performance of the yoga mat. Don't leave your Manduka yoga mat in direct sunlight, and if it's wet, make sure it dries before folding.
